Milk Minerals -- Prevention of High Blood & Colon Cancer

Our body need the mineral such as Calcium, phosphorous, magnesium and Zinc & many other minerals.. as well.

Our mom Milk is the original of the elements that we need during the baby time, next is the Cow Milk & sheeep milk & horse milk, in Mongolia, Sheep & horse milk are used to supplement the requirement.

In the "I-Medical Sutra", Milk is classified under "Yin" more than "Yang" & have the most balance form of 5 abstract elements of the human body & "Chi". However, one cannot over drink it & also not drinking it. It is recommend that Milk should be drink warm.

Drinking of Milk would sooth the bowel, thus reduce the tendancy of Colon Cancer. From my research finding, the Blood cells need Calcium to transport it, therefore, it also help to prevent High Blood Pressure.

It is also reminded that Milk shall not Drink or mix with Apple, Orange. As those fruits have some fruit acid would have the chemical reactions. It may not be good for our health in the long run.
